RETURN POLICY

By placing an order with The Boss Babe & Co. LLC, doing business as Boss Babe & Co. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return Policy.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

The Boss Babe & Co. LLC accepts returns of eligible clothing items that are unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all original tags attached and original packaging intact.

To qualify for a return:

  • A return request must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date reflected by the carrier's tracking information.
  • Approved returns must be shipped back within seven (7) calendar days of receiving return authorization.
  • For orders delivered in multiple shipments, the return period begins on the delivery date of the final package.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in the return being denied or subject to a restocking fee.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

Returned merchandise must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Be free from stains, odors, smoke, fragrances, makeup, pet hair, alterations, or damage.
  • Include all original tags, labels, packaging materials, and accessories.
  • Be received in resalable condition as determined solely by The Boss Babe & Co. LLC.

The Boss Babe & Co. LLC reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these standards.

RESTOCKING FEE

Returns that do not fully comply with this Return Policy may be subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee.

The Boss Babe & Co. LLC reserves the right to reject any return that arrives outside the approved return window or is received in unacceptable condition.

REFUNDS

Upon receipt and inspection of approved returned merchandise, refunds will be processed within approximately five (5) to seven (7) business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note:

  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Shipping protection fees, customs duties, taxes, and other service fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

The Boss Babe & Co. LLC reserves the right to withhold refunds until returned merchandise has been inspected and approved.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless:

  • An incorrect item was received; or
  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

Claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and accompanied by clear photographs of the item and packaging.

EXCHANGES

The Boss Babe & Co. LLC does not offer exchanges.

Customers wishing to purchase a different size, color, or style must place a new order. Eligible items may be returned in accordance with this Return Policy.

FINAL SALE AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit:

  • Bodysuits
  • Intimates and Lingerie
  • Swimwear
  • Jewelry
  • Beauty Products
  • Face Masks
  • Clearance Items
  • Sale Items
  • Gift Cards
  • Wholesale Orders
  • Items marked "Final Sale"
  • Any item designated as non-returnable at the time of purchase

The Boss Babe & Co. LLC reserves the right to designate additional products as non-returnable where permitted by applicable law.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

No return will be accepted without prior authorization.

To request a return, customers must provide:

  • Order Number
  • Full Name
  • Email Address Associated with the Order
  • Reason for Return
  • Supporting Photographs (if applicable)

The Boss Babe & Co. LLC reserves the right to request additional information before approving or denying any return request.

CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers agree to contact The Boss Babe & Co. LLC before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with their financial institution.

If a chargeback is initiated for merchandise that has been delivered and is governed by this Return Policy, The Boss Babe & Co. LLC reserves the right to submit order records, delivery confirmations, communications, policy acknowledgments, and other supporting documentation to the applicable payment processor, card issuer, or dispute resolution authority.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Boss Babe & Co. LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to any purchase, shipment, return, refund, delay, product use, or inability to use a product purchased from the Company.

POLICY MODIFICATIONS

The Boss Babe & Co. LLC reserves the right to modify, amend, update, suspend, or terminate this Return Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any changes shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Boss Babe & Co. website and shall apply to all orders placed after the effective date of the revised policy.
