By placing an order with The Boss Babe & Co. LLC, doing business as Boss Babe & Co. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Shipping Policy.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed in the order in which they are received.

Most orders are processed within 1–7 business days, excluding weekends, federal holidays, carrier delays, inventory delays, weather events, and other circumstances beyond the Company's control.

Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Orders may be shipped from multiple warehouses, suppliers, fulfillment centers, or distribution partners. As a result, orders may arrive in separate packages and on different delivery dates.

SHIPPING ESTIMATES

Estimated delivery times begin after order processing has been completed.

Estimated shipping times are provided as general guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • High-volume shipping periods
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Incorrect customer information
  • Events beyond the Company's reasonable control

The Boss Babe & Co. LLC shall not be liable for shipping delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

The Boss Babe & Co. LLC is not responsible for delays, losses, misdeliveries, or additional costs resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incomplete addresses
  • Invalid addresses
  • Customer input errors

Orders submitted with incorrect shipping information may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or reimbursement.

ORDER TRACKING

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status using the tracking information provided.

Tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier and may not update immediately.

The Company is not responsible for carrier tracking errors, delays, or system outages.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

The Boss Babe & Co. LLC is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages after delivery
  • Stolen packages
  • Packages delivered to the address provided at checkout
  • Carrier delivery errors

Customers who believe a package has been lost or stolen should contact the shipping carrier directly and file any applicable claims.

If shipping protection was purchased, customers should follow the claim instructions provided at checkout.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

If an item arrives damaged, customers must notify The Boss Babe & Co. LLC within 48 hours of delivery.

Damage claims must include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the item
  • Clear photographs of the packaging
  • Description of the damage

Failure to provide notice within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

Orders returned due to:

  • Refused delivery
  • Failure to claim a package
  • Incorrect address
  • Undeliverable address
  • Failure to pay customs or import fees

may be subject to return shipping charges, carrier fees, restocking fees, and other costs incurred by the Company.

Such amounts may be deducted from any approved refund.

SHIPPING CARRIER LIMITATIONS

The Company reserves the right to select the shipping carrier, shipping method, and fulfillment location for all orders.

Requested carriers or delivery methods may not always be available.

FORCE MAJEURE

The Boss Babe & Co. LLC shall not be liable for any delay, failure, interruption, or inability to fulfill orders resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Severe weather
  • Acts of God
  • Labor disputes
  • Transportation interruptions
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Government actions
  • Public health emergencies
  • Carrier outages
  • Cybersecurity incidents

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Boss Babe & Co. LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from shipping delays, carrier actions, delivery failures, lost packages, or other shipping-related issues.
